Financial District Tour

Embark on the history tour and explore New York City's beginnings with a private walk through the Financial District.  Meander through the streets that gave birth to the city that we know today.  See where American international power was born while walking down Wall Street and where the 2nd location of Fearless Girl is today.  Find out where George Washington took the Oath of Office in 1789 to become America's First President and gaze upon United States powerhouse, aka, the New York Stock Exchange.  Face off against the Charging Bull and see just how fearless you are!

9/11 Memorial Site

Visit the site dedicated to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and get a personal account of the greatest tragedy in United States’ history since WWll.  Hear the stories of the fateful day that changed history and altered lives of so many!  Yet see how New York City recovers and heals, as progress helps us to rebuild both literally and figuratively.  Explore the Memorials for the Twin Towers and learn about the recovery and rebuilding of the World Trade Center.   Our tour concludes following an in-depth commentary in front of the 9-11 Tribute Museum.  Guests have options to purchase tickets to visit the 911 Museum and/or 1 WTC Observatory.

All about the Financial District Tour

During the 3hr Financial District Tour our guests will walk the streets and learn over 300 years of history as they listen to the stories about events that shaped the former colony into a powerful and electrifying city of today.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Brooklyn Bridge and The Statue of Liberty from a public park, yet a hidden gem—where local office workers take their lunch break during warm weather and we sneak in our visitors…. Who knows—time permitting we might be sneaking in a slice or two ourselves too!!

We also pay homage to another founding father, Alexander Hamilton, interred in the Historical Gravesite surrounding the famous Trinity Church.  We learn how the unique topography of the city changed over the course of 400 years, walk along some of the oldest streets in the city and see where the NYC mayor works. 

 

Pricing

Pricing: $350 for a 3-hour tour, up to 12 guests, $75 for every 5 additional guests. 22 participants max per tour guide. Please be advised that this is a walking tour, so comfortable shoes and proper attire are essential!
